Celebrating the dignity, resilience, and faith of African American brothers and sisters who endured centuries of slavery and segregation. Freedom, both physical and spiritual, is a gift from God, and we are called to proclaim liberty to the oppressed (Luke 4:18).

Happy Father’s Day!! Happy Pride Month!! Today we celebrate the men who have provided significant support for our lives individually and communally. We thank God for our biological dads, step-dads, foster dads, church dads, God fathers, coach dads, homeroom dads- to all our dads and all our moms we say, “Happy Father’s Day!!”
