JOURNEY OF FAITH CHURCH: ONLINE GIVING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions shall govern your use of the online giving system http://journey7902.org/give. By donating online, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Journey of Faith church accepts online donations through credit card payments via a third-party payment platform, Payeezy, from individuals or organizations for our general fund.  Please refer to the terms and agreements of the third-party apps for payments made without using our website (i.e. CashApp and Zelle).

 

DONATION/GIVING. Donations to the general fund of Journey of Faith Church may be made via https://journey7902.org/online-giving ("website"), using our secure payment gateway. Donors will be required to provide all the necessary information to process the transaction.

Donors have the following donation options when paying via their credit card:​

One-time Donation. Donors may specify an amount, which will be charged to their credit cards accordingly.

 

After the donation process is completed, a confirmation of the transaction will be emailed to the donor’s email address, as registered in the website’s online donation system, to serve as proof of delivery.

TAX DEDUCTIONS. All donations to Journey of Faith church general fund qualify as tax deductible Charitable Contributions. Journey of Faith Church will send you a giving statement at the end of the year for your tax purposes.

TRANSACTION CURRENCY. All amounts on the website are defaulted to US Dollar ($).

REFUND AND CANCELLATION. Once a donation is completed, the transaction is deemed final and indisputable, except under the following circumstance:

Unauthorized or fraudulent use of a donor's credit card is proven, per guidelines of his or her credit card company. In case of lost or stolen credit card, donors must notify their credit card company and comply with its reporting procedure.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Journey of Faith Church reserves the right to modify or replace any of these terms and conditions at any time, and any change shall be effective once posted on the Websites.

INDEMNITY. Under no circumstance shall Journey of Faith Church be liable for any claims, costs or damages, whether direct or consequential, arising as a result of your use of the online donation system or your inability to do so, your reliance on any content and/or services associated with the Journey of Faith Church website, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Journey of Faith Church is not responsible for typographic errors. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Online Donation/Giving System at any time without prior notice.
